I've been doing laps in my brain trying to wrap my head around this – it feels like I'm in a dream! The craziest part is, I think I'm ready to embrace it, even if it is a dream. Can you believe, I've gone from seriously doubting my writing skills and wondering if I even had what it takes, to having two book contracts in under a year? Unreal!

I had this whole plan mapped out. I thought it would take ages to land a second book, given how tough it was with the first, so I was anticipating lots more time to write book number three and gently introduce this new project to publishers. But clearly, the universe has a sense of humor and a fast-forward button! These opportunities are coming at me lightning speed. Maybe deep down I am ready for this whirlwind. It's wild, but exciting!
